Image I had Megan give me the once over for suspicious looking moles yesterday. There are plenty to look at and none were anything to worry about. Everyone should do this every so often, not just guys. So find a partner and get to work!

Go to http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/Risk/moles and look at the pictures. This way you'll know what you're looking at and if what your seeing needs to also be seen by a professional. Look for changes in existing moles or new spot of color in the skin.

Start at the top of your head and look all over down to your toes, even between your toes. A melanoma doesn't necessarily show up only where the skin is exposed to sunlight. Now switch and check your partner.

Repeat in six months to a year. If you see anything you are unsure about, make an appointment with your doctor or dermitologist.
