2-10-2010 This is for my youngest Grand-daughter, Laelah Villarreal. The Driscoll Children’s Health Plan says it’s time for your check-up. I also see where they have no record of your previous check-up. Wherever you are I hope you are getting the care you need and I hope you are doing well.

I hope whoever you are with reads this and does know which doctor or facility to call. I will hold any and all persons responsible for injury to you to full accountability. Likewise, if your Mother reads this, I hope she does the right thing and sees to it that your wellbeing is not ignored.
