  • So true Sug.
    I'm moving forward with optimism.

  • So good to hear that you and your loved ones are doing well, Jose. Remember, as you spend one last Christmas, one last New Years, in that "old house you grew up in" that you have built a lifetime of memories, and nobody can take that from you. You will carry them in your heart and in your soul to a new residence, but that "old house" will never leave you. It will be an important part of your life story.

Have a wonderful holiday season, Jose!

  • Your words comfort me well my friends. Thank you for understanding.
The dream may have been shattered but we sail on in search of success. Glenda and I are moving forward despite this. We will weather one more cold winter in the old house that I grew up in but sooner or later we will find a new one that will satisfy the dream we know many seek.
    My optimism still abounds!

  • Jose-
No consolation in my words, other than I am sorry, we don't have that magic wand to right a wrong.

Keep the faith Brother- in time a musing will set you free.

    In my thoughts-
    Andy

  • Jose, your writing is always so cryptic that I kind of get what you allude to here, but I know that your reality is likely far more deep than even that. I get a sense of shattered dreams here, and for that, I am so sorry, my friend.

I do hope you and your loved ones come out of this intact and ready to take on the next challenge. Life is but a series of learning experiences, and we emerge the richer for it.
