Gas is up again!

Well, I have just been told that gas went up AGAIN! I remember the days when gas went up 1 or 2 cents maybe once a week. Now the norm is 10-15 cents in a matter of 24 hours. How can this be legal? How can they go up on the price of gas when they did not pay that much for what is still in the hole? I just heard a report today that gas is predicted to top out in June at around $3.69. And this economy is doing okay? Who do you think is going to suffer more?
