I was informed today by someone at the PD...there were "no witnesses" they wont be able to do much. The only hope we have is if the finger prints come back and from there it might work. Found out from a neighbor this morning, that about 2 weeks ago she was outside around 11:30pm smoking and she happened to see 2 young guys (maybe in their teens) trying to break into her neighbor's old truck . She called the PD & told the neighbor and he tried to chase them down. It seems that these young guys ran in the direction of this vacant house but no one would have thought they would hide inside. So many vehicles have been broken into in this area in the last month or so, you would think that someone from the "PD" would make a "round" through here and wonder what teens are doing out late at nite on the street???only up to looking for trouble. Doesnt Victoria have a "curfew" on kids?
