Paint License # inside of windshield

We need to start painting our license tag # inside the vehicle on the windshield. They need to be large enough for others to see. Its easy to change tags. and ppl need to really keep checking their tags...( when they are exposed out in the public ) Just something this simple would help. The crooks are fast. Even if we would have given the police our tags#...they would have never found it. The neighbor down the street would have never realized his tags were changed until something would have happened..and by that time our vehicle had been taken to a "CHOP SHOP". WHICH IS WHERE IT WAS HEADING. After our vehicle was chopped up..the parts were going to Mexico. If the vehicle is 10 yrs or older...they can not take the vehicle into Mexico as the Mexico Govt has stopped this. So what better way to take it to Mexico...piece by piece...and maybe put back together on the other side....I can almost bet...that the vehicles that have been stolen here..in the last year...are "chopped up" and going into Mexico. Today I will be reading all the News in the lower part of Texas as well as Laredo. I will also be posting the news I found out. Maybe the vehicles that are being pulled down the highways...one behind the other...need to be spotted checked...The ones I see..can not be taken into Mexico and some can. Does anyone stop them? We have a check point going to Laredo and one going to Harlingen...they need to be checked going those directly and not just coming this way. I will also be writing to the Border Partol Divison in Austin and advise them. Pray that it will do some good but I wont bet on it.
