I’ll bite your bait. If you want the truth so much here it is…..

  • According to the latest report the December 27,2011 GOP Donald Trump/NewsMax debate will only have two candidates...Newt Gingrich and Rick

It just doesn't get any funnier.......Rick can't complain about the minutes he gets anymore but then again I wouldn't bet on it,Trump will be the moderator.?..:-)

If you are going to call someone a liar in a public forum,it would seem that the honorable thing to do ,would be to point out that lie with a correction ,supported with substantial facts....Anything less that shows what you are. I am not going to lower myself  to your level.?.

    1. The polls speak for themselves and quotes from the candidates are easy to obtain.
    2. More experience than Obama ?Newt has never been president of the United States.
By experienced did you mean that Obama has never been sanctioned by the Congressional Ethics Commission?Gingrich is the third loser you have supported in this primary, first you said Donald Trump would make a president because his business expertise (bankruptcies ) then you supported Herman Cain...

Stay tuned, now that Newt Gingrich is the frontrunner the other candidates, the GOP establishment, and media will present all the tapes, news stories, and comments will reveal the real Newt Gingrich..

    December 8, 2011 at 10:09 p.m.

  • It appears that Gingrich has a heck of a lot more experience than Obama... Something has caught your eye, so how about the truth... Maybe something you don't do very often, that is tell the the truth...

    December 8, 2011 at 9:32 p.m.

  • You know I have to go out on a limb here. Gingrich will win the most votes in the primary, but he would have to fight Romney, Ron Paul, and that crazy woman at the GOP convention. I also predicted Herman Cain will be back since his campain has been suspended rather than ended.

  • I know, I was nervous when Cheney had presidential powers when President had his two hour colonoscopy in 2002...

    December 8, 2011 at 3:34 p.m.

  • Mike,

Still nervous about the diplomats being pulled. Also the level of tension is so high now with unrest in so many areas there is that outside chance the stupid bug will bite the wrong knothead and "POOF". There are too many uncontroled weapons on the loose. And "if" a wannabe Bush43 gets elected and wants to go after the KNOWN WMD's thinking this would find jobs for the unemployed. Sad thing is this is so far off the baseline of possible but we have seen some very stupid and costly mistakes.

While it's true that Israel is pretty much a a rogue player when it comes to their defense, I don't think they will undertake a preemptive strike because they will first have to ask our permission. The shorter route would be over Iraqi airspace, they would have to get the codes or risk being shot down, since we still have troops in that area. A military strike by Israel will endanger our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. We have made this perfectly clear to Benjamin Netanyahu but as you say, he has a stubborn streak with a gigantic ego to go with it. Syria's and Iraq's nuclear installations were above ground, Iran's are scattered and buried deep in the hills thus their need for bunker busters. A A lot of this may be ta cat and mouse game or saber rattling trying to influence the decisions of Iran.

The higher fuel prices I mentioned had to do with our strikes on their rocket installations. That would be one of the effects of attacking them, the other would be solidarity with the general population which is at odds with the ruling Mullouhs. There is no indication that we would go after their nuclear program other than another cyber attack or killing another one of their nuclear scientist.

Yeah, Perry packs his own heat but he's damaged goods; I don't think anyone wants him on the ticket.

  • Mike,

Israel is the wild card here. They have done preemptive(sp) strikes before and if they jump the gun again I fear gas prices will be down our list of priorities.

Does any one think Perry's ego would allow him to accept the VP on tha GOP ticket? We could save boocoo tax bucks on secret service. He packs his own gat!

    Sarah Palin ..who? ..:-)

Rick Perry is throwing out a desperate Hail Mary pass hoping someone will pay attention to him...He didn't have the courage to tell Donald Trump "NO" to his circus debate,so he invented a scheduling It's in Iowa (Iowa is a small state" so every event is in the vicinity.)

Sunday I heard Fareed Zachria tell a foreign diplomat that Iran is getting a little jumpy right now and they might do something foolish. Iran may attack one of our outpost in Afghanistan or Iraq causing the president to retaliate. The president would probably send some fighter jets to knock out some key rocket installations knowing it will not set off a full scale war....I'm afraid going after Iran's nuclear program will rally the general population behind the ruling Mullahs and it would cause so much turmoil in the already chaotic Middle East that our gas prices would go sky high.

  • Mike,

Had a thought, (on an empty stomach too). Who the V.P. candidate is could change alot of folks thoughts. If Mrs. Palin would give up her day job and take a monster cut in pay it would be worth the price of admission.

Where does Rick Perry live that does not allow children to "openly" celebrate Christmas or pray in schools? He must not have been to Wally World lately or watched kids taking a test.

Back to the subject at hand. The next election may have a problem in the middle east that we don't hear much about. Israel has been eyeballing Iran nuke production for quite a while. Iran took over the British Embassy (remember 1979?) and since kicked out the Iranian Embassy. Several other western nations have closed or reduced embassy staff. The US has sold at least 55 mega-bunker busters to Israel. Anyone see a trend here?

Your next vote for President will reach far into the future beyond how much taxes rich people should pay.
