Happy Politically Correct Holiday Greeting of Your Choosing!

I think it's finally happened. The anti-Christmas/PC holiday trend that has been plaguing the month of December for years has finally had a backlash. People are sick and tired of everything about this season being labeled as "offensive."

I for one am thrilled because the whole thing went way too far. I do believe when it began it was with good intentions, but when you get to the point that people are arguing that Santa is offensive to heavy people, come on. I mean, what's next? Banning twinkling lights because they offend epileptics?

Perhaps my favorite was that you couldn't even use the words "Christmas" or "Xmas" without someone getting offended, either by the lack or the presence of the word "Christ."

But I think the final straw was when Santas in Austrailia were banned from saying "Ho Ho Ho" because it might be offensive to women.

But now enough is enough. People are getting tired of it. Considering this is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, no matter how you celebrate it, I think we've finally realized that there is no way to make everyone happy. And how people could find a pleasant greeting or nice card offensive, even if you don't celebrate that same holiday is beyond me. If someone hollers "Joyous Mid-winter solstice to you
