Hey Aprilll and to think about the flack Rusty got for mentioning adult diapers. Rollingstone's comment reminded me of Bill Cosby's story about Midol and the tooth ache, "...and it's for ME!!!" A kid's horse tore his lower leg on something and the vet used a large Kotex for the patch. The rancher radioed one of the hands and told him, "Before you leave town stop by the drug store and pick up a box of Kotex for Jimmy's horse." The guy was flustered when he had to ask the young gal behind the counter for the box. When she asked, "What size?" The cowboy stammered, "I dunno, big enough for a horse."
Actually I heard about the campaign from the Web site ypulse.com. But after you posted it, I looked it up. Glad to see I'm not the only one spreading the word about...ahem..."down there."
Religion undoubtedly played a part in keeping "feminine" issues in the dark for many many years.
The irony is we have DOZENS of erectile dysfunction ads on TV which leave very little to the imagination and dominate the airwaves yet people baulk at mention of a woman's natural biological cycles.
You are absolutely correct. I really really really don't want to be exposed to the "symptoms" any more than toe fungus, umm hemorrhoids, etc. Tastefully created ads. can and will work. Thanks for your thoughts.

March 18, 2010 at 2:48 p.m.Gyroscope and BSspotter...If they'd BOTH been in the SAME tub to begin with, HE probably wouldn't have the problem he's taking the Cialis FOR!
March 18, 2010 at 1:34 p.m.gyroscope said: "would someone explain to me what 2 adults in separate bathtubs has to do with ED in those darned Cialis ads?"
My theory is that after he takes Cialis, there's not enough room in his bathtub for a 2nd person.
March 18, 2010 at 1:18 p.m.I did hear something about NASCAR was considering taking on some of these issues, since more women are now involved in driving stockcars… LOL!!!
