Reading this book was difficult for me at first, believe it or not. It took me a while to come to grips with the fact that this is a parody/zombification of the original, so if Darcy is more forward and snarky than he should be, it's OK. I get a bit protective of my literary favorites.

"Sense and Sensability and Sea Monsters" wasn't as enjoyable for me as "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies."

Being the avid horror movie buffs we are, Glenda and I look forward to whatever hollywood and great writers can bring us along the lines of great literary works with the added spin of ZOMBIES!

I think someone should put a vampire spin on Wuthering Heights. During Heathcliff's long absence he could have been bitten. He could come back just in time to save Catherine. You know, some of his language almost sounded a bit blood thirsty... hmmmm

Oh no. Do I dare ask why? Is it the geeky reading of all of Austen's books? Would it help me look cooler if told you I read them while drinking a cocktail and jamming to techno music?
