Reading this book was difficult for me at first, believe it or not. It took me a while to come to grips with the fact that this is a parody/zombification of the original, so if Darcy is more forward and snarky than he should be, it's OK. I get a bit protective of my literary favorites.
"Sense and Sensability and Sea Monsters" wasn't as enjoyable for me as "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies."
War and Peace, and Zombies.Gone with the Zombies.Old Yeller, the Zombie Dog.Island of the Blue Zombies.Vampires Vs Zombies.Robs' Zombie TourZombiepaloza!(I know, I digress)
Being the avid horror movie buffs we are, Glenda and I look forward to whatever hollywood and great writers can bring us along the lines of great literary works with the added spin of ZOMBIES!
Someday HEB will have to add an isle for zombie food. (pickled brains, brain pilaf, shrimp brains[caviar for zombies]) Muahh! ahh! ahh! ahhhh!
Give me rock music, beer, and zombies!
I went Bronte on you but *I'm* reading Jane Eyre. =P
I think someone should put a vampire spin on Wuthering Heights. During Heathcliff's long absence he could have been bitten. He could come back just in time to save Catherine. You know, some of his language almost sounded a bit blood thirsty... hmmmm
Evidently, this stuff is based on real time videos of our government at work. At the rate they're pushing HELLCARE we'll all be pukin' blood soon enough.

Oh no. Do I dare ask why? Is it the geeky reading of all of Austen's books? Would it help me look cooler if told you I read them while drinking a cocktail and jamming to techno music?
Girl.....You really need to get out more often!!!
