Very true. I did the same with Bon Jovi. When "Livin' on a Prayer" was playing, I raced to my room, grabbed my cassette player and put it next to the other speaker. The DJs voice always ruined the recording. Another feature that will be missed is the "Mega Bass" switch. Alas, maybe they will be resurrected when "Heaven is a place on earth."
Brought back memories of the first one of those we bought for our son waaay back then. It was the size of a '48 Buick and took about 4 or 6 D cell batteries! Just kidding. They were big,though considering the size of players now. I think it cost $150,too. Patrick Barnes
