The Shiner Lady Comanches begin defending their Class 1A state championship on Wednesday. Shiner, which has been ranked No. 1 throughout the season, plays at 7 p.m. against Bosqueville in the area round of the playoffs. The game is being played on the campus of Texas State University in San Marcos. I'm still working on finding out other match ups and will keep you posted.
