I have thought about it long and hard, although I don't know why. If a man is trying to woo me, I am more likely to be impressed if he quotes lines of Jay-Z rather than lines of Shakespeare.

Is that wrong?

I just feel that quoting Shakespeare is sort of trite¬ówhere matters of the heart are concerned, anyway. But it makes me feel guilty because I believe that I, as a student, writer and reader, am expected to exalt Shakespeare. However, I can't feel Hamlet like I can feel the Grey Album. I just cannot make myself do it, no matter how hard I try.

So, should I burned at the educational stake?
