Much to my delight, a nomination for a P.R.O.P. award has been sent to me by one of our loyal readers, birddog. So, here it goes (insert drum roll here)……….

Congratulations to Staci Vanderford at B & B Automotive! Her superb customer relations skills spared an inept mechanic from birddog’s anger and the threat of litigation. If weren’t for dedicated individuals like Vanderford, there would certainly be more unemployed mechanics in the world.
