Can you say brrr?
A major change is in store for the area as the cold air forecasters have been promising has arrived. Expect a 40-degree change in the temperature in less than 24 hours.
The cold front blew into Victoria early Wednesday evening. Temperatures will drop from highs in the mid-80s Wednesday to lows in the mid-40s Thursday morning.
Temperatures aren't expected to make it out of the 50s Thanksgiving before dropping into the upper 30s to near 40 Friday morning.
Rain could begin on Thursday and continue into Sunday night or Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
Looks like Thursday will be a good day for staying indoors, eating turkey and watching football games.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
