Hubble Space Telescope, which has brought us many wonderful deep space images, is experiencing serious equipment failure.
The problem showed up Saturday and is keeping the telescope from relaying data and images to Earth.
Scientist are working to switch the telescope to a backup system, but it’s not clear how long it will take to fix the problem.
