For all you Tweetheads, there’s a new way to follow what’s going on in the night sky. Skyandtelescope.com has set up an account on Twitter, the social networking service that seems to be exploding in popularity.
Those who sign up to follow skyandtelescope.com will get Tweets whenever news stories are posted on the homepage. That includes such topics as comets and meteor showers.
Go to Twitter.com, create an account, then search for “skyandtelescope” and click the follow button.
I’ll also be posting weather and astronomy tweets @dtewes.
