Hello all,
As a new Advocate reporter, in addition to covering faith and breaking news, I'm also the designated ranging reporter for both Jackson and Wharton Counties.
I'm planning on being in El Campo today, Wednesday, to talk with residents about the question of the day (which is still to be determined) and learn about what it is you would like to see covered in your area.

I contend that these counties are very concern about issues related to their income.
Farming,ranching,and pipeline business IMO puts the bread and butter on the table in the counties.
