Let the mad-crazy pillaging of Wal-Marts, grocery stores and Dollar King back-to-school aisles begin. We're less than three weeks from the start of the year for most area schools.

It's an exciting time to be the education reporter in Victoria. We've got three new schools opening, a four-year university expanding and a community that's all abuzz about education.
