Watching Obama

President Obama will make his second back-to-school address to school children tomorrow about noon our time.

Children in the Victoria school district are required to have a form signed giving permission for them watch the address. Those who do not have permission will be moved to another room and not watch the speech.

We're writing a story for tomorrow's paper, and I'd like to know parents' opinions.
