Another fine example of govt in the name of progress messing things up.
For example one could get new service lines to a new house that required more poles to be set to get power to that house for free. Now it costs the customer 1700.00 a pole roughly to get that service. Sure I can shop and save a few pennies a KWH but is this worth all the extra costs and delays when problems occur???
