Waggin Train claims for Texas worked by Sedgwich Claims Service out of Texas

Mr. Patterson at the above Claim Service says that between 9am and 12:01pm, I will hear from an adjustor...so we shall wait and "hear". I have also contacted the State Board of Insurance in Austin, Texas to get necessary info about the " horrible" products that Waggin Train is selling. Was told by a very nice helpful lady that the State of Texas cant go after Waggin Train (which is understandable) but since the claims for Texas are handled by a Texas company, they can and certain will go after the claims company. Was told that this will take about 30 to 60 days to get answer back. The next call I make today is ...I will be calling Legal Shield (Attorneys out of Ft Worth) area to have a letter written and send to the Waggin Train to advise them of coming action. "People"..anyone out there that has animals, we must try to stick together and get help to protect our "God given" helpless ones.
People are protected by the fact that the govt watches out for "medications" we take...but where is "help" for our 4 legged animals. If you have time, Google this company and they will find 10 pages of the complaints against this company and their products. Having called Waggin yesterday morning,..I was told they are aware of the complaints but says there is nothing wrong with their products. I guess when you make "millions" from a product, ..you can afford to listen to complaints and let it go in one ear and out of the other and if someone pushes the issue...what is a few dollars to keep someone happy as there is no "department" overseeing the products ..we need to rally together and demand that companies such as this, are not allowed to continue harm our "animals"
