Economists say holiday spending is back up to regular levels for the first time in three years. I'm still keeping things tight, personally, (my little sister is not getting designer shoes) but fellow Ranging Reporter J.R. Ortega and I decided to find out how everyone else is approaching the seasonal spending rush.
