Ranging reporter Dianna Wray was at IHOP Tuesday morning asking patrons about National Night Out, where police go out to neighborhoods and talk about crime prevention.

I think it’s a good idea, but I think that our tax dollars would be better spent if the police were out patrolling more hours. I think people know the basics about crime prevention. What we really need is more patrolmen on the street.” – Desiree Arrambide, physician’s assistant, Victoria.
