    I think the question is too vague. How ammny constitutes a "high number"? What actually do you mean by "homelessness"? People who are living on the street and sleeping outside of all peopel who could more properly be labelled transient. Living in motels,shelters,etc. I have wondered where those who are street people sleep at night.
