I woke up this morning with a phone call from my daughter in law. She announced that my darling granddaughter had arrived at 10:43 NC time. Reagan is 7lb 9oz and has brownish black hair. My son was holding her and talking to her. Mom and Dad are just great. I had prayed for an easy delivery and Michele said it was very fast.

I asked Michele to ask my son if helping birth babies was as good as helping birth puppies and kittens. He gave her a "I have to think about it" look. He then turned his attention to the squirmer in his arms. I got to hear her little cry, sounded like a lamb bleat. So cute!! I can't wait to see this little beauty.
