Just My Luck!

Up front, I will admit that I am always on my hub's case for the constant small spending. A six pack here, a bottle of wine there, and trips to Lowe's and Home Depot that would make a contractor proud each week. Sometimes, I can exist on zero money in my purse for personal expenses, but when I do spend money, it's quite easy to pass up the guy in one shopping spree.

My boys and a large portion of my family were here yesterday, and the day before, I got to go shopping for kid toys. Oh boy!!!! We agreed on Target for the variety, but when we got there the shelves were just bare on many aisles. I already knew what I was buying for the cousins, and did my thing. When I got to check out, I asked the clerk if there had been a sale on toys. "Yes ma'am, yesterday all toys were 75% off." The one day I didn't go through the ads. I hate missing good sales.
