Yes, not fair for either of us but life goes on.

The Vipers (3-3,1-2) are in need of a win over Highlands today to stay in the playoff picture. With a win the Vipers will even its record at 2-2 in District 27-5A and will be in a good position for that third or fourth spot.

Highlands isn't going to be a pushover though. The team beat King and pushed East Central in their meeting.

You never know how a team will react after a loss like the Vipers took last week against Wagner, but I'm expecting to see a good game. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Alamo Stadium and I'll bring you updates throughout the game.
