Two of my favorite writing sites are www.writing.com and www.critiquecirlce.com I have accounts on both. Both sites are great for workshopping you writing, and WDC (writing.com) has weekly newsletters covering all aspects of writing, tons of groups, activities and contests. Both are very active communities with reviewers that give good feedback.
