Our question of the day today is a bit tongue in cheek, so don't take it too seriously although the topic itself is a serious one.

When we hit 100 degrees in Victoria today we'll tie the all-time record for consecutive 100 degree days (16, set in 1911). When we hit triple digits on Tuesday we'll set the record and if the forecasts hold true, we'll shatter it by week's end.

So, back to the question of the day. What's the best way to "celebrate" setting the record? A dip in the pool? A cold shower? A hot tamale?

We'd like to hear your most clever answers. I'll be at the Hardback Cafe until 9 a.m. then at the Main Street Kaffee Haus in Cuero until 11, stop by and amuse me.

See you soon.
