Question of the Day: Should police officers bargain collectively?

Please take a look at today's story by city reporter Brian Cuaron on Victoria Police officers asking that their association be recognized as a bargaining agent. The city council will vote on the petition that was presented to it and if council members turn it down, Victoria voters will get a chance to have their say in the May election.
