Question of the Day: How have you been affected by cancer?

It's hard for me to believe it's been more than 19 years. My older sister would be 60 years old if breast cancer hadn't taken her from us at age 41. My last few moments with her or forever engrained in my memory -- her strength and bravery, my fear. Heck, she calmed me down and told me everything would be alright. "I get to see Daddy again," she said. Our father had died the year before. With the Victoria Relay for Life tonight, our question of the day pertains to the reason everyone takes to the track this time of year in honor of and in memory of their loved ones who have battled this deadly disease. How have you been affected by cancer? We'd like to know. I'll be at Halepaska's Bakery until 10 a.m. Stop by and let me know your story.
