Image (ATLANTA, Texas) Needless to say I was overwhelmed when I saw the line of folks waiting to get "Among Murderers and Madness" Saturday morning at the public library. The first half-hour of the booking signing is a blur. Larry Summers, a friend and former colleague, worked the cashier's box for me and when we caught our breath informed me that we had sold 45 books in 31 minutes. Whew! and Wow! It slowed down some after that, but 120 books later, I was out of stock. I obviously didn't know how many to bring with me, but optimistically thought 100 was realistic. Wow! I have resceduled a second book signing for later in the week while I get more books in. Thanks Atlanta.
