Race for the cure

I'm excited! I am going to run...I mean, walk a 5K this month! My sister and I are going to walk the Susan G. Komen race for the cure on Saturday, April 24 in Sundance Square, downtown Fort Worth.

To prepare for this 5K, I am walking 3 miles a day. Well, that's my goal, last night I walked 3 miles, so that's my goal each night.

Glad I have set myself to do this. I am the one who always donates money and avoids the walk. But not this time around.

So cheer me on people!
