  • on the salmon get some tartar sauce and rub it liberally on the fish salt and pepper to taste a pinch of each and let stand for 15 minutes then grill it on your grill
    for the tialapia get  a egg salt pepper and granulated garlic, put the egg on the fish and sprinkle the salt pepper garlic lightly on the fish
    then let stand for 15 minutes then grill with a touch of lemon juice is what i use
