No self-respecting green-bean recipe would be complete without fried bacon and onions. Cut up 3-4 strips of bacon with a few slices of diced onion and fry that in the bottom of a large pot sprayed with Pam. Then put in the frozen beans with a quarter-or-so of water, sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt, cover, leave to simmer until the beans are tender. If you're like me, you'll drink the juice before you pour the contents into a serving dish.

I have a great green bean recipe for you. Unfortunately, it's packed away at the moment. I'll let you know when I unpack and find it.
