This is an exciting week in the South. The GOP Convention is starting, Hurricane Isaac is heading toward New Orleans on the seventh anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, and in the middle of all this, we have an editorial board meeting. This week, we will be joined by Victoria Mayor Will Armstrong. We'd also love to see some of our readers in attendance. It's the same place, same time as every week: 1:30 p.m. in the Victoria Advocate's Internet Cafe. Or, if you can't make it in person, we hope you'll take the time to look us up online and tell us what you think in the chatbox. We look forward to seeing you there.
