Welcome back and happy holiday season, Advocate readers. I hope you've all had a great Thanksgiving and survived Black Friday without too many bumps and bruises. Now, we're moving into December and Christmas is in the air. This week, we'll see a lot of holiday events around the Crossroads. We've had a busy week with plenty of stories to discuss.

Come join the Victoria Advocate Editorial Board in the Victoria Advocate newsroom conference room at 1:30 p.m. every Wednesday to discuss the events of the previous week. If you can't come to the meeting in person, feel free to log on and watch our live webcast and comment in the online chat box. We look forward to seeing you there.
