Hello, Victoria Advocate readers. Welcome back to our weekly review of what's happening in the Crossroads. This week saw several interesting stories, and we want to know what you think about them. Some stories were exciting, such as the opening of Laser World and the groundbreaking ceremony for Victoria College's Emerging Technology Center. But other stories reminded us of the sadder moments in life, such as the deaths of two young members of Crossroads communities. Whichever story caught your eye, we want to know what you think about it.

Every Wednesday, our Editorial Board meets in the Internet Cafe area of the Victoria Advocate at 1:30 p.m. to discuss the events of the previous week. If you can't come to the meeting in person, feel free to log on and watch our live webcast and comment in the online chat box. We look forward to seeing you there.
