Jags nab awards, turning attention to games

Last night we had so much fun at the banquet!

Lindsey Ferguson received the Champions of Character Award from the NAIA. One student-athlete from each of the 32 teams were recognized for this pestigious award. We also had 3 young ladies receive the DakStats NAIA Scholar Athlete Award for maintaining a cummulative GPA above 3.5.

Receiving this award was Criminal Justice major Ashley Falco, Business major Lindsey Ferguson, and Accounting major Kristen Lindley. We are currently scouting out at the fields. I'm watching #1 in the nation California Baptist vs. Hastings University. Cal-Bapt is up 5-1 in the 5th.

We are all still super excited to be here in the National Championship - we're here playing with the best teams in the nation and we are a part of it! Ok, now back to business!
