You have seen me list this again and again but it's happening again so I list it again.

Early Voting in Person for the May 8th Joint City & Water Election will begin on Monday, April 26th at 8 am. It will continue each weekday through Tuesday, May 4th until 5 pm, daily. On Friday, April 30th and Tuesday, May 4th the Main Early Voting Polling location will be open from 7 am to 7 pm.

The election is a joint election for the City of Victoria, Water Control & Improvement Districts Nos. 1 & 2 and the Quail Creek MUD. The city is electing a mayor and two council members. The water districts are electing three directors, each.

In addition to the Main Early Voting site, voters will also be able to vote at three temporary branch voting sites. Voting will be held on Friday, April 30th and Tuesday, May 4th from 8 am to 5 pm at each of the water district offices.

Water Control & Improvement District No. 1 is located in Bloomington at 93 Illinois Street.

Water Control & Improvement District No. 2 is located in Placedo at 91 Preston Street.

Quail Creek Municipal Utility District is located in the Quail Creek subdivision at 515 Chukar.

The Main Early Voting Polling location is in Victoria at 111 N. Glass.

Registered Voters from any of these political subdivisions may vote at any of the early voting sites during early voting. On Election day you may vote only at your precinct polling location.

If you live outside the city or outside the boundaries of these water districts you will not be participating in this joint election. If you are registered to vote in the Industrial School District the Industrial ISD school board is conducting an election on May 8th as well.
