In Victoria County three water districts are holding elections for board of directors on Saturday, May 10, 2014. Three polling places will be open from 7 am to 7 pm. Registered voters from each water district will vote only at the polling location within their district.

Water Control & Improvement District No. 1 will vote at the Bloomington Fire Station located at 551 Second Street West in Bloomington, Texas. On the ballot are three director positions. The candidates are; Michael Baladez, Lucy Salinas Morales, Nicole Eneil Castro Licerio, Ruben Gonzales, Noemi Tronscoso and Troy Brooks. Voters may vote for none, one, two or three candidates.

Water Control & Improvement District No. 2 will vote a the Placedo Volunteer Fire Department located at 281 S. Williams Street in Placedo, Texas. On the ballot are three director positions. The candidates are; Maria Zapata, Leon Gonzales, J.W. Johnson, Lorenzo Garza, Brian Nagle and Calvin Davis. Voters may vote for none, one, two or three candidates.

Quail Creek Municipal Utility District will vote at the water office located at 515 Chukar, Victoria, Texas. On the ballot are three director positions. The candidates are; Homer Ortiz, Alvin Dlouhy, Rodgers Weppler and Ron Kramer. Voters may vote for none, one, two or three candidates.
