hope you can get some answers. This morning I called for brush Pickup & limb collection i was trying to make an appointment so that when our trees are trimmed on Saturday so that the mess would not sit their for days. When I asked for an appointment for next week. She told me it would not be picked up til the end of Sept or Oct. Does the city not have any drivers to do pick up appointment. Or are they trying to fade this service out. Thanks Gabe I know u can get the answers!

    Tipsy- those limbs will sit there for a while. When I called this summer and asked the same question you did, I was told there were neighborhood routes, basically you have to wait until they roll through your neighborhood to get the limbs picked up. It's a good thing your on the list, cause if you weren't, they'd drive right past ya and those limbs would sit there even longer.

    (A little pet peeve of mine)

    I'm not thrilled about the new limb pickup policy either. With the old way you knew or could find out for sure when your pickup was, this new way is a "hit and miss".

    txzambo sorry if i mixed u up. I called the city to make an appointment to come by and pick up our tree limbs.She did inform it would be late sept early oct..So what do you do? guess sit and wait!

    Oh great, I guess my trash will sit for 90 days, I didnt call for a pickup because I was still adding to the pile.............
