Watchdog: Wanna help me read the economic stimulus plan?

While the idea of reading 1,588 pages (which is growing) might not sound like a leisurely way to spend these warm afternoons, we have 850 billion reasons to trudge through the controversial document.

I found a spot online where you can read each page of Pres. Barack Obama's stimulus plan.

I'd like to read it over to find items that affect Texans and possibly Victorians. I'd also like to find other crazy items marked for funding.

I know $200,000 million is earmarked to build a Frisbee park in Austin. How crazy is that? Nothing says economic stimulus like Frisbee parks.
