As of 5 a.m., Sandy -- now a post tropical storm -- was moving across southern Pennsylvania. It is still expected to produce strong winds across the Mid-Atlantic and New England, as well as rainfall amounts of 4-8 inches over portions of the Mid-Atlantic, and snowfall totals of 2-3 feet in the mountains of West Virginia. According to reports, more than six million customers lost power Monday as Hurricane Sandy felled trees, downed power lines and flooded substations. The storm led to power failures in at least 17 states, including more than a million customers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and about 660,000 in New York City.
