The fourth named tropical storm of the season has popped up in the Atlantic Ocean. At 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dorian was about 410 miles southwest of the Cape Verde Islands and no threat to land, according to the National Hurricane Center. Maximum sustained winds were at 50 mph and Dorian was moving at 21 mph. We'll keep an eye on it.
