well there it is. We will have government controlled healthcare before you know it. The democratic controlled congress will spend us into bankruptcy. All of us who do not like this bill will be forced to abide by the socialist program and be forced to buy expensive insurance policies or pay fines. This sure sounds like socialism at best, communism at worst. More take from the working class and give to the lazy class. When will democrates quit buying votes to get what they want. The sweetheart deals made to get the required 60 votes are shameful. How can they think that exempting a few at the cost of the many is right or in the best interest of the country. This has to be the worst abuse of congressional power ever visited upon all americans. I hope the SCOTUS takes a long hard look at this bill and comes to the right verdict. This bill is unconstitutional in the form passed this morning in the senate. In no way can the method used to pass this be legal. how can it be fair for me if its not fair for the people in florida or nebraska, I want the same exemptions and deals they got in reward for their votes. These backroom, closed door deals should be put up in lights so that the people can see how criminal these deals truely are. When looked at from a point of view of public polls a majority of people hate this version of healthcare but that didn't seem to even be considered by the "we know whats best" democrates who want to dictate to us what is best for us. All this will turn into is another huge entitlement that has to be payed for by massive tax hikes and severe cuts in medicare. I don't know about the rest of you but this working class tax payer is fed up with the tax and spend (tax and giveaway to the lazy) dogma that pervades the democratic party. Enough is enough quit taking from the workers and giving it to the parasites called welfare receipiants who are to lazy to work for there livelyhood. Govt has missed the true meaning of what this country was founded on. It's job is to promote the welfare of its people not provide welfare to its people. 2010 hopefully will be the year the people take back the government from the dems and repeal all these leftwing spending programs crammed down the throats of the taxpayers.
