I know Vicad is probably in the middle of the investigation on this one so I will be brief. Vicad when you print the story of more details could you please print a copy of the suggestive material? I am curious of what cartoon started the uproar and cost two guys their career. Thank you.

Sexual Harrassment is anything of a sexual nature that offends someone. According to the article, the person who had the locker where the pictures were placed was not offended and he wadded them up and put them in the trash. Do you think someone got the pictures out of the trash and became offended? I think there are other issues here that we have not heard about.
April 9, 2011 at 7:45 a.m.You gotta love small town BS...This town is somewhat doomed as far as I see.. Too many Civil rights and not enough common sense..Let it go and let these folks release a little adult humor..Geesh
April 8, 2011 at 3:23 p.m.justataxpayer...from the info that I got...no one even COMPLAINED about what happened! And I would like to add, my husband is a firefighter and I realize that "boys will be boys"...it all depends on WHO its around...if there were no children or community members present like another situation that occured with the Victoria Fire Department, then they should not cause this big of a deal about it---BTW, the officer (Lt. who was acting Captain) who molded a torso of a naked woman from meatloaf WITH MINOR CHILDREN and a firefighers wife present... DIDN'T even get fired nor demoted! He got a few days off without pay... The old assistant city manager who now is city manager decided to over turn the decision made by the old fire chief...his decision was to demote the guy (which doesn't even uphold the COV policy of "NO TOLERENCE")---this guy got away with a slap on the wrist and these other 2 guys got fired for a joke without children present...which there apparently was NO COMPLAINT OVER! I know that the other case that I was referring to there was a complaint made but that didnt seem to matter!!
