This past week our house burned. Insurance is slow and not even enough to get started. Friends started a Templeton Fire Relief fund at the First State Bank of Bedias. That is really a valuable resource to get you back on your feet. I have found that the Red Cross will help but very limited. Our credit cards are close to max due to an extended illness last year. Throat cancer and ruptured Achilles tendon. I had a total of 14 surgeries and did not go to work for over a year. This fire has been a kick in the teeth. I told my wife that this was suppose to be a good year after last. So it it will be "She's getting a new House". That is if everything goes well for us. Let me know if there are other sources of HELP for fire victims. Thanks
