When the phone rang the call was from an unfamilar number 416-835-4501. "Hi grandpa. This is your grandson." said a voice considerably more mature than our nine Y.O. G-son. "Is this Dennis? (not or g-son's name)." The caller said , "We must have a bad connection. I'll call you right back." Grandma Charlotte chimed in, "That's a scam, don't answer it. They called the other day but that one sounded Hispanic. When I said, "You sound different." He replied "That's because it's long distance." My inclination is to play along with them to get what information possible like where to send any money or whatever then turn it over to the law. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS OTHER THAN JUST HANGING UP ON THEM?
